Before the event, we’ll run through:

On the day, I’ll blend into the background while still being in the right place at the right time to capture:

I’m used to working in low light, busy spaces and tight schedules. I’ll keep direction to a minimum, stepping in only when needed for small group shots, team photos or VIP portraits.

  • Event dates, especially in busy seasons, can fill up quickly. As soon as you have a confirmed date and venue, it’s worth getting in touch. If your enquiry is last-minute, still drop me a message – if I’m free, I’ll always try to help.

  • Yes. I regularly shoot across the West Midlands and can travel further afield for the right project. Travel costs may apply depending on the location – I’ll include these clearly in your quote.

  • Absolutely. I also offer commercial videography, including event highlight films and social edits. If you’d like both photo and video coverage, just mention it in your enquiry and I can suggest a combined package.

  • It depends on the length and type of event, but for a typical half or full day you can expect a strong, varied selection of professionally edited images, rather than thousands of near-duplicates. I focus on quality and storytelling over volume.

  • For most events, the full gallery is delivered within a timeframe we agree before the shoot. If you need a few key shots urgently for press releases or social media, I can provide a small batch of edited highlights within 24 hours where possible.

  • Yes – my event photography is designed to be used across your website, social media and general marketing. If you have specific usage needs (for example, large-scale advertising or third-party use), just mention this when you get in touch so I can advise. Please be sure to notify all guest/participants that the images may be used for marketing/social media purposes.
