Canon Street at Christmas
My images of Birmingham are truly unique and go way beyond the traditional standard of ‘stock’ photography. Every image is produced to the highest standard and draws the viewer in to the special scenes from in and around our very special city.
These images are not merely snapshots of the city, they are crafted images that are only created in the most perfect and thought provoking situations to make the image really stand out. High quality equipment is utilised and combined with a unique ‘eye’ for interesting scenes and finished with precision editing and post production to create eye-catching images. Please read the 'Additional Information' section below for more details.
What is Stock Photography?
Stock images are images that have already been produced and edited and are available for use immediately. This means that there is no need for a 'commission'. If the images suited your needs, simply place an order.
All images are available for use as stock photography for websites, blogs and social media. The purchase of an image is intended for ‘single usage’ i.e. for use on one page of a website and is strictly no for re-sale either via digital or print platforms.
If you require an image for use on more than one website or for use in any form of print media, please contact me and I will be happy to discuss a license agreement for usage of the image.
How large are the images?
All images are Jpeg files and are 2048 pixels along the longest edge and have been prepped for web usage. Some images may vary slightly in size due to the aspect ratio or crop of the image but they will always contain one edge of 2048px – commonly the horizontal as most images are landscape.
An image this size will be more than appropriate for most web usage but large files can be provided if necessary. If an images is intended for use in print, please contact me to discuss your requirement as the majority of my images are able to be reproduced to ‘A1’ size and larger.
Please Note - The image you download will NOT have the watermark on.
How much do they cost?
All images are £50.00 including VAT. This is for single usage, if an image is required for multiple usage or global usage, please contact me with your requirements. In certain situations a license agreement may be more applicable which are commonly provided on a bespoke basis.
How will I receive the image?
When you click ‘Add to basket’ – you may continue browsing and adding as many other images as you require. When you add an image to your basket, you will be prompted with a text box asking ‘Where will this image be used’ – please provide the address of the website where this image is intended to be used.
When you wish to complete your order, simply go to your basket and complete your order as you would any other online purchase. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with a link to download the images that you have purchased. This link will expire after 24 hours.
Will I own the Copyright?
Just to clear one thing up that is commonly misunderstood. Purchase of a stock image does not mean that you have purchased the copyright of the image, that will always stay with me, the artist. If you require an image for one off use or an exclusivity contract, please contact me to discuss a license agreement.
Any other questions?
If you have any other questions regarding the use of digital images or how to purchase then please feel free to get in touch with your concerns.
Please note – Any images you see on my website or social media can be order as stock, if you can not see them on this page, please contact me and I will make them available. Please check back for regular updates
